Dr. phil. Hermann Schlüter
Dr. Hermann Schlüter (b. 1940) was the editor of the classic Grundkurs der Rhetorik – Mit einer Textsammlung (Basic Course in Rhetoric with a Text Collection), first published by dtv in 1974 (ISBN 978‑3423041498).
His methodically structured introduction to rhetoric has inspired many of his worksheets — clear, practical, and directly usable in advanced German language teaching.
